We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:

✅ Unused & Original Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
✅ Clear Images Required: You must upload clear images showing both sides of the product and visible tags. Incomplete submissions may lead to request rejection.
✅ Handling Charges: A ₹150 handling charge will be applicable for processing returns or exchanges.

Exchange Process

  • You can exchange your item for a different size (only handling charges apply).

  • If exchanging for a different product, previous discounts will not apply. You may need to pay the difference or choose store credits for any balance amount.

Refund Options

You can choose to receive your refund:

  • As store credits (100% refund value).

  • To the original payment method (a 2.5% processing fee applies).

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping

✅ Full Refund to Wallet: If canceled before shipping, the full amount can be credited to your store wallet.
✅ Refund to Original Payment Method: If refunded to the original payment method, a 2.5% processing fee applies.

After Shipping

✅ Shipping Charges Deducted: If canceled after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
✅ Refund Options: Refunds can be processed as store credits or to the original payment method (2.5% processing fee applies).

3. How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation
